DENTAL SURGEON
Helen qualified from Birmingham Dental School in 1992 with Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) and in 1993 completed a year of Vocational Training at a dental practice in Sedgley. Helen then worked locally in general dental practices in Blackheath and Quinton before taking over the Wollaston practice in 1998.
The practice then moved to the existing premises in 1999.
Helen gained a post graduate Diploma in General Dental Practice in 2002 and is a Member of the Faculty of General Dental Practitioners (MFGDP).
Helen enjoys all aspects of dentistry, its diversity and complexity.
Further training was completed in 2015 for Facial Aesthetics and in 2017 Helen completed the Aesthetic Restorative Course with Neil Wilson at his specialist practice, CESRC in Solihull.
Away from the practice Helen is married and spare time is taken up with her twins Zoe & Lucas, gardening, walking her dog, running and trips to the beach.

Debbie started working with Helen in 1998 and qualified as a Dental Nurse in 2000.
Before embarking on her dental nursing career, Debbie trained as a chef and still has a passion for cooking.
Away from the practice Debbie enjoys cycling, keeping fit, reading and has a love for the outdoors.

Charlotte started working at St James’ in 2009 and qualified as a Dental Nurse in 2011.
Away from work Charlotte enjoys socialising and travelling.

Angela started working at St James’ in 2016, having worked in general dental practice for the previous 10 years.
Qualified as a Dental Nurse in 2007.
Away from work Angela enjoys trips to Wales, walking, reading and crafts.
RACHEL EDWARDS
RECEPTIONIST
Rachel first joined St James’, as her first job after leaving school in 2005 and left in 2008 to pursue a different career.
Rachel returned to the practice, after having her son in 2015 and took up the role of part time receptionist.
Rachel also has a second job as a support worker.
Away from work Rachel enjoys spending time with her family and socialising.
